collection of 100.Product and promotion.

Ten different bags with ten different t-shirt designs, all with an envelope inside them with the logo screen printed onto them. The envelopes contain a sticker with the books logo on it, two posters and a voucher giving the ten people 10% off the book. If id have left myself more time i would have loved to see what the public thought of the t-shirt designs.

This poster is of 3 designs I made into T-shirts, photographed and put into my final book.

For this poster I found 4 variations of the same t-shirt and made a collage from them.

Sticker will go in promotional envelope and hopefully people will in turn do some promoting for the book themselves.

Printing vinyl stickers in digital print room.

Printing from the disperse dye printer and then using the huge iron below to transfer the design onto book cover.

All ten t-shirts in promotional bags were designed by myself to go in the book .Im focusing on promotion and I thought it would be a good idea to also place the t-shirts in the bags ready to be handed out to the general public to promote the books launch.

I know that if I was offered a free one off design t-shirt, I would be interested in checking out the book and maybe buying it, if not just for the fact that I was to own a t-shirt that is being exhibited in a book.

The T-shirts were 3 for £5 and transfer paper was 60p a sheet.

These bags are probably the most fiddly and most frustrating things iv ever had to make however the final ones look really good i'm very happy with them.

Used UV light machine to transfer my logo onto a screen.I will then apply this logo to my book cover, my envelopes, bags and vouchers using the process of screen printing.

Nets for bags and envelopes.

The final product displaying 100 hundred t-shirt designs. 'The T-shirt Book'.

The second mock up has a hard back and orange end papers like the logo. The content of the book is only page numbers, I did this so I had a rough idea of the final product and where the double pages would be once made.

Making initial layout for book at Vernon Street.

After asking people where their favourite shops and brands for t-shirts were, I went into town to photograph some examples of t-shirts displayed in shops (more photos on design context).
